    TLDR: they no called-no showed me after one previous cancelation and then the manager never returned my call.

    Two weeks ago I called on a Thursday for a Friday appointment. They booked me for the next day, but then later someone else called me back and said they were overbooked and they had no availability until the following week. I was out of town last week, so I couldn’t have it done then. Last week, I then scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, from 9-12. Nobody showed up, and nobody called. I called Solex and nobody responded. A few hours later I tried calling again, and someone picked up and told me the manager would call me back. They still haven’t, three days later.
    I need this tune-up before closing on a house, so time is of the essence. I can’t imagine if my AC was broken or my furnace broken in the winter.

    Service technician troubleshot our AC and determined we needed a new AC unit. With the old AC unit only being used for about 3yrs. New house build. The technician double checked all his work to make sure it was a bad AC unit. The technician then went over our replacement options.

    Someone called and cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before the scheduled time. It sounds like a referral service. When I called to ask about my appt that had been cancelled, they hung up on me.

    This is just a referral service, I kept getting rescheduled, contractor they brought in was late, sloppy, and didn't speak any English.
