I called on a hot Friday morning and requested a service call for the cooling unit that stopped working. I was told that a technician would come to my house between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. I provided 2 phone numbers and an email to ensure communication. I waited and no call, no show. I called at 12:30 p.m to inquire when the technician would arrive. I was then told that no one would be coming today and that someone should have called me. Now I had to find another company, that could help this late in the day.

To be clear I did not have any work done by this company. I do not know what their workmanship is like. However, after experiencing this level of customer service I will not consider this company again.

Our technician arrived as agreed and was personable, professional, and prepared. He worked quickly and efficiently to conduct preventive maintenance and provide two improvement recommendations and did not try to pressure to buy what I did not need. He really did a fantastic job.
