Bloomington Heating & Air does a fantastic job they provide top notch customer service and have extensive knowledge! I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. Their entire team was fantastic to work with. Their techs Cody, Chase and Ivan did the install and they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my home. They did a great job! After they were done installing, they took alot of time with me giving me information and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend using Bloomington Heating & Air as I was a extremely happy customer!

They arrived on time and installed the new A/C unit very quickly. They gave me a tutorial on managing heating and cooling between the two floors of my house. Both technicians were very nice to work with. I am glad I have a good relationship with Bloomington Heating and Air. I can always count on them and the quality of their service!

Over the past several years we've had Bloomington Heating & Air install a furnace, A/C and a smart thermostat. Everyone from the owner, Scott, field techs Cody, Chase, Ivan and office staff have been extremely easy to work with. The entire group was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The techs took time to explain how to operate the new equipment and demonstrate that it all functioned properly before they left. I would never use anyone other than Bloomington Heating & Air for HVAC services.

I used them several years ago and it was great. I'm not sure what changed, but this time around it was horrible and I definitely won't be using them again. It's more of a sales company now instead of HVAC.

They saved us! Our furnace went out on a day where the temps were dropping to -15 overnight. I called around and a lot of shops (understandably) couldn’t fit us in because of Christmas. The owner was the first of three shops we had out to assess the problem and give us a quote. He was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They also moved a few things around so we wouldn’t be without a furnace for more than one night. The installers were professional, fast, and kind. They remembered our names which was nice too. They’re amazing!

I've been a customer of Bloomington Heating and Air (BH&A) since 2011. My neighbor recommended them to me. I had them bid against Bonfe for a new furnace and air conditioner and BH&A was $1,500 cheaper for a quality, high-efficiency Carrier furnace and air conditioner package with programmable thermostat. The installation service was fantastic and I have used them for annual maintenance ever since. I had something go out on my air conditioner one time and a service technician came out after hours to fix it. I was expecting a bill, but the part was covered under warranty. I tipped the service technician $100 for coming out after hours to thank him for getting my A/C running again. I've since recommended BH&A several times to friends and neighbors. I highly recommend reaching out to them for service and new installations.

Steve came out to fix our furnace on short notice a day before we were leaving on a trip. He was super friendly, responsive and made the repair quickly. We would use this business again!
