My AC went out and they were here the next day. The technician was exceedingly kind, professional and pleasant. After a couple bad experiences, I’m glad I found them and will continue to use this company.

Had a water heater stop working. Tried everything I could imagine. Called multiple places and was given a date of later than july 28th. Remembering climate-tech was the only place that my mom used and he treated us as family, I gave a call Wednesday at 930pm. I received a return call 10am the next day and was told he would be out Friday before 2pm. Very professional and amazing people. Jeff did what magic he has access to and got the water heater working again.

Jeff has come out twice to assist with HVAC issues over the last couple years (one cooling and one heating) and I've been impressed by his exceptional customer service. He has always provided straightforward advice and a fair assessment of the situation. While I hope I don't need to call him again for any repairs for a while, he's the first person I will go to.

Our central a/c decided to self-implode right before the big heat wave this summer. Jeffrey came out on a Saturday to take a look and let us know we needed a new system. Everything was replaced yesterday in a quick, timely matter. He also let us know that we would need a repair done to our heating system before fall, which I greatly appreciate! Great service. Clima-tech did an excellent job installing a complete HVAC system at a reasonable price for a rental house in Ypsilanti. Jeff Bramlet provided a professional quote based on a site visit and completed the work on time in his usual professional manner. I've used Clima-Tech in the past. As a landlord I knew I could rely on them to come out to fix an issue at just about any hour. That's extremely valuable to a landlord and their tenants.

This company should not be in business. I called the owner at 2:30 Friday, didn't hear back from him until 4pm. My furnace, which he installed, quit blowing warm air and our house has no other heat source, it was the coldest day of the year! He showed up Saturday at 11:00 but could not repair the furnace because the parts store wasn't open. He said to buy some space heaters and boil some water on the stove and he would be back Monday.

Beginning with my first phone call this company was very professional and explained everything regarding the installation of a bypass humidifier on my furnace. The workmen were cheerful and efficient and I'll continue to use their services. And they're LOCAL!
