Award Heating and Cooling

Austin installed 2 mini-split heat pumps for us. We found him to be professional, conscientious, and fair. He was there when he said he would be and was thorough and precise in his installation. An added bonus was that there was no evidence of him having been there other than the units themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Award Heating and Cooling.

Austin is Professional, Thorough, and Detailed. He explains everything and I would highly recommend. In my 67 years I never felt so good about spending so much money! Great value.

I can't recommend Austin from Award Heating and Cooling enough! My furnace was having trouble and he was able to come out same day to get it working again. He did inform me that there were numerous issues with the furnace as it was over 27 years old. We decided to get a full furnace replacement and we got a great price. His workmanship, professionalism and flexibility were top notch! My wife and I plan to hire him again in the summer when we're ready to replace the central AC. I can't recommend him enough!

I thought I updated this last year! We did hire Austin again to replace our ancient air conditioner and once again he exceeded all expectations.

I can't say enough nice things about Austin and the work he did installing our new furnace and a/c in our home. We shopped around and got quite a few quotes, but in the end, we are very happy we went with Austin and Award Heating and Cooling.

He gave us a great price, told us exactly how long the job would take, was on time and was quick to get the work done. He worked a full day and then came back the following day to finish up. He hauled away the old one, went over in very good detail of the new ones installed and what kind of maintenance/service he offers post-install.

I highly recommend you use Award Heating and Cooling if you need a new furnace or a/c unit installed in your home. Austin is professional, offers a fair price and gets the job done!

Austin is fantastic. First he came to clean up the mess that a different provider left, and didn’t even charge me for it because he felt the last guy had ripped me off already. Then later in the year I had him install a new furnace for me and he did a great job. He really cares about the client and takes pride in his work. My one year old called him “furnace guy” and I think he loved it. I can’t recommend him more highly. I would absolutely use Award again and you should too.

Got many quotes to replace the old furnace and air conditioner. Austin was very knowledgeable, timely, honest, gave excellent suggestions, managed expectations, had very good communication. I called him three months after installation and he came and did some tweaking to the humidifier with no additional cost.He is meticulous about cleaning up after the job is done. He also helped us with DTE refund paperwork. I highly recommend him.

Austin replaced my furnace and added AC to my old home a few years back. He did exceptional work and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Last month, I moved to a new home in town. This week, the AC went out and our home is 85°. The soonest any other contractor could get to the home was almost a week out due to this being the hottest week of the summer. I called Austin, who was also booked solid, but walked me through some diagnostics and helped me address the issue over the phone on a Saturday. He then ordered the part for me and made sure I got it in a timely fashion so that my pregnant wife and I could have AC as soon as possible.

We just purchased a new home & needed a new furnace before we could move in. Austin worked with us to get the best furnace for our money, & the installation was quick and professional. The inspector said it was beautiful work by someone who really knew what they were doing, & we agree!
