Never spoke to an actual representative. They only communicated by text messages. At one point, I felt as if I needed to convince them to “allow” me to use their services. Needless to say, I ended up using another company.

Very pricey! Does not guarantee his work! I had to pay him twice to fix the same problem in a span of 6 months. Will never use this company again.

Very friendly guys, but their mark up was high. Quoted me 3x the cost of buying the part myself, and quoted installation fee was ridiculous considering it was basically 4 screws. The "diagnosis" I paid for didn't even include telling me the part # that needed to be replaced.

They were able to accommodate our needs on New Years Eve and we were extremely impressed with the quick quality service. No gimmicks, just good work and good people.
