These guys are the WORST AND Unprofessional. I called them and said my sump pump is constantly running and said i need service to repair the PUMP ( Switch was the issue) and i asked for estimate. They said they will look and provide estimate for service.
I already knew Switch was the issue . They came home and did not do any diagnosis and said that they do not do any repairs and i have to replace the whole thing. JUST TO SAY THIS THEY CHARGE 69$. cant they tell this on phone?
OTher companies ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL and tell upfront whether they do service or not .
The guy who came home said the fee is waived . But i am constantly getting harassed from Theresa to pay . i cannot be cheated. She refuses to connect me with manager or owner and demands and threatens me.

Called at 8am on a Saturday and had a plumber within 3 hours. There was no Emergency Services cost. Jon came and began to work immediately. They quoted us a price for the snaking and they stuck to that amount. He was done in 45 minutes and gave us his recommendation. We have now found our company we will use for plumbing, heating and cooling. So thankful to this company for turning an extremely stressful situation to something so easily handled. Thank you Jon!

Have used this company many times, the first was when water heater broke on a Saturday over July 4 weekend and they were the only company that would come out same day, which was at 7pm! Service was excellent, so for our future needs, we always start with Levine. They're prices are always in the ballpark with everyone else, they do great work, so I direct my work to them. Most recently needed a gas shutoff installed in kitchen, the gentleman was on time, did a great job was very nice and it works like a charm. I can't recommend this company enough! Thank you Levine for being there when needed!

We woke up to water in our basement and a failed sump pump. I called early in the morning and a tech was out very quickly. He went down to diagnose the problem, and came back to tell me it was an electrical problem, that he reset the outlet and the pump turned on. I told him that it had been running constantly and louder than normal. He said that was a good thing, that he would send a quote for a completely new sump pump but that in his opinion the pump was fine and we needed to fix the electrical. We had another company come out the same day and he said everything was working fine with the electrical, the problem was the sump pump. After ANOTHER diagnosis from someone else, the problem ended up being the float on the sump pump, the pump was running constantly (like I said) and getting too hot so the electrical shut down as it was supposed to. A very simple, cheap repair that almost cost us $730 for a new sump pump, or unneeded electrical work. The tech was very nice though.

The work performed was done satisfactorily, however the serviceman's personality was less than stellar. I found him to be a bit of a wise-guy, borderline disrespectful. In the current climate some people have great difficulty masking their biases. To the company: a reminder that first impressions of new customers include the conduct of the serviceperson as well as the work performed. A negative impression could cost you a potential loyal repeat customer.
