This was my first time using Levine and Sons and I will definitely use them from now on! Very easy process scheduling an appointment for the next day, clear communication with reminder texts, and even a personal call from the office letting me know the tech would be on his way soon. The technician, Anthony, was terrific! Very thorough, approached the job intelligently, was great to work with, and he got my problem solved!! Thank you!

Technician (Jay) arrived on time, did fantastic work and left the area nice and clean. We have used Levine & Sons before and have always been happy with their service.

Sink sprung a leak at 1am and flooded into the basement where the drywall ceiling collapsed. Called the emergency line at 2am and left a message. Got a call back at 7:30am and a plumber was out at 9am. Fixed the leak and found a pipe that was corroding and would have caused a major issue if not addressed. Our plumber, Mike, was great. He explained everything that was going on, explained the pricing, timeline, answered all of our questions and put us at ease.

Within about 2 hours the leak was fixed, the pipe was repaired, and a new water shut off valve head was in place. The cost was half of what we expected and the response time was unbeatable. On top of that Mike put us in contact immediately with a mitigation company to help with the dry out to prevent mold and clean up the mess. That company’s tech called us within half an hour to say they’d be out that afternoon. The mitigation company has been extremely helpful as well, including how to properly file an insurance claim without running into the common pitfalls. I would never have known the right company to call if not for Levine’s relationship with them.

Mike and his office team were excellent and we have referred them to friends already! Heard of a friend with a kitchen leak and damage and immediately sent them Levine’s number.

I recently had the pleasure of having Alex come out for AC maintenance. Everything from start to finish was top notch - he even took the time to show my why certain parts needed to be replaced (capacitor was weak and he proved it out to me with his testing equipment). He truly has a passion for this and it shows. Not only was he professional but also took time to show me and teach me / explain why he did what he did. Levine + Alex will be our go to combo for plumbing, heating and cooling from here on out!

Amazing business! Arrived on time, professional, and very helpful. Eric walked me through everything and also took his time to answer a couple of questions I had about my humidifier. I would absolutely use them again.

Anthony was phenomenal he explained what caused the problem. When he completed the work he made sure everything was restored back to its normal working condition and made sure that I seen end results. If I ever have to use Levine and Sons again I will request Anthony.
