They were great, I called with an emergency, my basement drain was backing up, water was everywhere. I called multiple plumbing place and no one could make it out to my home two to three days out. When I found Levine & sons plumbing,they were quick, fast, and at my home before the day was out. The job was done with care, and they explained what the problem was, and what I needed to do so that this issue doesn't happen again. I will definitely will use them again for other thing I need done around my home,and I do truly recommend them. So happy I found them on Google.

We had a toilet and bathtub that wouldn't drain even with all we tried. Called first thing in the am and technician showed up. Very professional,courteous clean up the mess that came out the drain. Well worth the coat and best part. I didn't have to do it myself. I'd use this service again if ever necessary

They were able to get someone to come out that day to replace my hot water heater. Dylan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions with knowledgeable answers, showing his experience in the field. He did a thorough job including protecting my hardwood stairs and cleaned everything up. I’m very happy with the results.

Levine and sons is always prompt and willing to work with my schedule. Originally had an issue with the installation (a few dents, dropped, etc.) but was completely rectified by the Levine team. The technician we had was named Winston, he was incredibly kind, professional, blunt, and to the point. I appreciated the way he treated me with respect while also adhering to my homes needs. He acted with Integrity which really means something in this line of work. I will definitely use their services in the future and am now an avid Winston advocate. He is the only person allowed to work on my home.

Mike came out at short notice and helped resolve a basement drip issue after a major ice storm that knocked out power over 3 days. He was very professional, on time, and thorough. He confirmed that our sump pump was also busted. So we got quotes for that, and our old water heater along with some other plumbing repairs. His service was so good that we also signed up for annual maintenance service calls for HVAC and Water heater. We were very impressed with their prompt and high quality service, at very reasonable rates! They are now our go to HVAC/Plumbing service.

William was ver professional, neat, on time and competent. He showed great determination to successfully fix our problem. We highly recommend him.
