We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling and the technician arrived when they said they would. The technician arrived when promised, was very professional and courteous with the repair and installation to our utility sink.

Called for service at my parents. The office personnel was polite and friendly. The communication was excellent. The service technician, Jay was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify and resolve the issues with the furnace as well as make recommendations. This is my first time using Levine & Son's and I was super impressed. Highly recommend and will use again.

I had them come out to fix a problem with my plumbing that was leaking. Turns out the guy they sent out did the job wrong so they wanted to come and have him fix it again, it happens fine. Turns out when he fixed my problem he cracked my soil stack and admitted that when he fixed my original problem he was the one who cracked my soil stack and said the company would pay for it. A week later they send different people out to fix the mistake he made and the new issues. One of the gentleman they sent out denied that they were at fault and refused to pay for what the First Gentleman broke. He was extremely rude and made it seem like there was no way it was their fault, even though their employee admitted he was at fault. They put me in touch with the owner who was even more rude than his employee and wouldn’t listen to any of the proof I had that my soil stack was not broken prior to his employee coming out to fix the known issues. I still cannot use my kitchen sink and have to take them to small claims court to try and get justice for they’re wrong. Would not recommend this company to anyone, horrible experience.

I scheduled an annual maintenance check and cleaning service; the tech did not show when scheduled; office called afterwards to reschedule. Once again, tech did not show when scheduled; and once again office called after-the fact to see if I could wait around another hour for a different tech to arrive. Surprisingly unprofessional

Our technician was fast, period! He had our pipe cleared in no time flat. Professional & friendly. Thank you so much!

edit: Spoke with Theresa about the issue I had, she was very apologetic & the owner agreed to refund the charges. One of the best outcomes from a bad situation. I WILL be using this company again. Thank you for resolving this issue with such grace.

Was told the power to the sump pump was off...he reset the breaker & said we have an electrical issue. Didn't unplug the unit to see if it was electrical or a bad sump pump. Had asked for a drain cleaning because the toilet & shower weren't flushing/draining. He did nothing & I paid $70...he was gone in less than 10 min. I wasn't hone or this wouldn't have happened.
