I want to say thank you to Myisha for working endlessly and through this last weekend to help find a place to finance me. I have never in my entire life seen someone so dedicated to helping a customer and going the extra mile. Lol more like a marathon.

My service techs were fast and on time. Everything was explained to me throughout the process. I got my a/c recharged in less than an hour. Would use One Hour Heating and Cooling again and I will definitely recommend them to others!

Very professional and on time they needed to get a part for my blower but it was after the Wharehouse was closed so they was really concerned about my 2 year old daughter they let me keep over night one of they new heaters to keep my room warm until the morning very genuine people I highly recommend them

Great customer service! After I explained what I was going through when my furnace went out, they found me an early appointment. She came out and went right to work. I was up and running the next day. They were so respectful to my family and my home. The price I was quoted was less than 2 of the other companies I called who couldn’t even fit me in until over a week out. After installation they honored the price I was quoted and didn’t try to upsell me at all! Thank you so much, you saved us! This is the only company you need to call for your heating and cooling needs.
