Kolton was able to quickly determine the problem with my water heater and get it heating again. He also checked other parts of my water system (due to it's age) to determine what else might be needed in the future. He explained things in a way I could understand and was very pleasant.

He was able to find the leak and figure out where the shut off valve was. Good and friendly service. They were able to send out someone quickly.

Even tho our shower fawcett was very corroded Tom didn't seen to have any problems taking off and replacing the fawcett parts!
