We had used Blakeslee and Son before to install a whole house humidifier and were very pleased with the installer and the job. We called them again when we found water leaking from under the base of a toilet on our second floor. Their representative, Andrew, was not only a very pleasant guest in our house he was also an excellent and knowledgeable service person. He pointed out a problem with the original installation that could potentially cause the same problem in our other bathrooms. My wife and I decided to have the same procedure done on the other two baths that were on wood floors to avert a potential catastrophe. Thanks Andrew.

They came on the days they promised. We were always told when the water was being shut off in a different section of the house. The plumbers were friendly and answered all my questions. I've used this company for my plumbing and heating needs for years and have always been satisfied. Will use them again in the future.

We had Blakeslee install our Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis and our technician was great, he did an amazing job hooking up all the water lines and showing us step by step on how to work with our new systems. I will always do business with Blakeslee for my Plumbing and Heating and A/C.

As always, Andrew was prompt in his arrival, listened to our situation and evaluated the two issues we had going on. He checked on warrantees, took pictures, ordered parts, explained how things would proceed when parts came in. He will be back to finish these two projects when I notify him that we are ready to continue. We have been very satisfied with Andrew in the past, and know that he will do right by us.
