I’m not impressed with this company at all and highly don’t recommend. We had a service tech come out and replace a heat exchanger in late November. With service call and replacement which was under warranty that cost around $1000. This past Friday I had someone come out because my heater wasn’t working again. She adjusted a few things and went on her way. Charged a service charge of $88. Not sure how well my furnace was looked over but 1 day after my furnace completely stopped working. Could this have been prevented had there been a thorough check I don’t know but I find it hard to understand having a tech come out and 1 day later my furnace completely dies. So I had this company come out again to check the furnace. For them to tell me the heat exchanger is no good along with several other things. Mind you I just had this part replaced not even 4 months ago. The technician couldn’t explain why and said he needed to talk to the guy that put it in and they would follow up with options. Their options were replace the heat exchanger which they offered no discount for and claimed it had no warranty replace a few other things at a ridiculous price of $1459 or buy a new furnace with a discount of $408 which they said was half of the cost of heat exchanger. The furnace price I was quoted from another company was $1300 more expensive with the discount for the same furnace. I’m not happy with my experience or how they made it out to seem I was getting such a great deal with a discount of $408. So I’m out a furnace and $1000 I put into replace and service calls all for nothing. This is just Completely ridiculous!!

Chris did a great job! He was professional timely and went the extra mile to make sure my family was warm before he left. Even though it was an “easy fix” he provided suggestions in order to make sure future problems don’t occur again! He also provided us information regarding their peak protection plan which we will be looking into in the future. Thanks again Chris!

Chris of Blakeslee Plumbing did a great job performing the annual PM on our furnace.
Chris was very professional, thorough & personable.
Inspected the fan and adjusted the speed as needed, checked the temperatures of the system and the circuit board.
I couldn’t be any happier with the service performed!
