The service was great! I was able to quickly schedule a service visit. The technician arrived at the time stated. There was not a 3 hour window, but a stated time. He quickly determined the cause of my issue and had repaired it within an hour of arriving. I will definitely be using Blakeslee & Son if I have any future need for HVAC repairs.

Our installation went perfectly. They were on-time, fast, and very friendly. Troy and Andy's installation of our new water heater looks very professional. The final cost was exactly what we were quoted.
