Straub Heating & Cooling

I have had this company do two different jobs two different times a couple years apart and each time l was completely satisfied with how they work and how they price. First time was the younger guy and second time it was an older guy. Each gentleman answered my questions without attitude and they didn't disrespect me. One time the job is what l consider an emergency and he came off hours and did an amazing job and I appreciate it. Thank you Straub heating and cooling.

This is an amazing company. Always quick to come out, fixes everything in timely manner and doesn't over charge or try to up sell you. Love the communication via text with updates. Wouldn't use any other company!

We discovered the furnace turned off overnight and called Straub. They were here in 30 mins. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They explained the issue and were very knowledgeable and professional.

We had three family members with pcr positive COVID and it was 28 degrees with no heat and Straub sent a masked and vaccinated employee despite the risks of catching the virus from our home. Greatly appreciated!

AC was running but our thermostat was blinking funny. Aaron checked things and the AC was running fine. No charge for a professional consultantion and putting our minds at ease. Will be my go-to heating and cooling service for the future!

Aaron was our service person. He is always professional and has lots of knowledge. Sincere and friendly! Only charges for items really needed. He did wear a mask. Straub's Heating and Cooling is an asset to Milan. Thank you!

Not happy with my experience with Straub heating and cooling. There was a week wait, which I get because of the holiday and heat wave so I’m not knocking them for that but worth mentioning. The tech that came was one of the Straubs and seemed honest and professional. This is where things get twisted. My Trane ac unit is still under warranty and he came to the conclusion that the compressor was shot. Then he goes on to say that they can’t do the work because he isn’t certified to do it. So I paid $100 for him to come out and basically say he can’t do the job and to call someone else. Makes sense to the average homeowner right? Well after talking with several other local heating and cooling companies they all said that any legit company can do all the warranty repairs. I have a friend that owns a heating and cooling company on the west side of the state and gave him a call asking about the situation, he explained that Straubs more than likely didn’t want to do the job because they pay for the part out of pocket and have to wait to get paid by the manufacturer. I feel like I just took my car into an auto mechanic who charged me to look at my car then tells me he doesn’t work on that brand.
If you can’t/don’t want to do the work on certain units please be honest and ask what brand unit customers have before charging them to say you can’t do the job.

Excellent all around. Technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He did all that he could to work with our aging AC system.

Just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Straub's. Top notch equipment and installation. Great men to work with;
very efficient and very knowledgeable.
