Straub Heating & Cooling

I love these guys!!! They never give up and stick with me until they get it right. I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

He was kind courteous friendly on time and efficient. Thank you for quality service.

Our furnace broke down in the winter. We called Straub and they were here within thirty minutes. Unfortunately our furnace was not repairable. They gave us a reasonable estimate. We ordered a new furnace and they had it installed in a couple of days. All of the service men were polite, respectful and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal and I would highly recommend them!

These guys are fantastic. Always have taken good care of us where our heating and cooling is concerned.

We’ve used Straub a few times for various reasons (new furnace, troubleshoot a noise, and help with a thermostat) and every time they have been quick, courteous, and completely professional. You can tell each of the employees takes pride in their work. They’re very responsive and we usually get an appointment same day. As long as we live in the area, we won’t be using anyone else!

Great service. Our gas valve on our water heater went bad and they were here to fix it in minutes and had it done within 2 hours. It was under warranty with no issues. We use Straub faithfully and we have never been disappointed. 👌

I've used Straub twice now. They exceeded my expectations both times. Aaron was very helpful and made sure I understood what was wrong and how he'd fixed my issues. Highly recommend this local, family owned business!!

We have used Straub Heating & Cooling several times, for repairs and maintenance. They are always responsive, professional and on time. They answer my many questions, and I love the phone system that they use to notify you that they are on their way, etc. We will keep calling on them whenever we have a need, and we highly recommended their services.

Promptly returned my call. Set appointment for the next morning. Diagnosed and repaired our problem efficiently. Aaron did a great job.

Had Straub out as I've used them before for another opinion on my AC. The other company that came out did almost next to nothing and claimed I needed a new AC within just minutes of being there. Whereas Straub actually took the time to examine and inspect some things and determined the unit was actually in decent working order, but maybe with the high heat and an older filter caused a brief issue.

AC is still old and I will be replacing it anyway, and since Straub actually took the time to inspect some things and didn't push me on needing a new unit right then and there, they are the top contender when it comes time.
