Called after business hours about a AC unit that wouldn't start. He was at my house working on it with 20 minutes of when I first called. 35 years of experience and shows up fast. Diagnosed my problem and fixed. If you want professional, prompt courteous service the this is who you call. I don't often right reviews but this man, Mr Straub himself, deserved one. 5 stars for sure!
