Our water heater died. Our landlord had used this company before. I have health concerns, so my landlord asked if they could wear masks. They all did. They also answered all of my questions and were just a very nice crew. They were quick and respectful and our water heater was replaced and functions well.

It was nice how fast they came and resolved this issue.

Kirk, Aaron and the team is great. Quick, efficient, honest, and friendly. They have installed our furnace and recently replaced our dead AC unit. Appreciate them making the drive out to Plymouth and won't hesitate to call them if any issues come up.

Noticed our AC was not working, and found the blower was not running.
Straub made it out to our house within a couple hours and diagnosed. Furnace was shot!
They got this replaced within a week and were,

Very professional, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and the services are fairly priced. I use them for all of my heating & A/C needs. They also installed a new dryer gasoline for me. I highly recommend Straub Heating & Cooling.

They are always great. Left them a message on Sunday. My AC was up and running by 945 Monday morning. Their electronic notification system was right on, and electronic invoice was quick and easy. Highly highly reccomend these guys. I've used them a few times and will continue to use them.
