Straub Heating & Cooling

This was a daunting process, so many steps. ripped out old units, rerouting vents, making the system take up less space and be more efficient, needed a crane for the ac on top of a commercial building, repaired floors/stand for furnace. They explained everything they were going to do, and did it with ease. Super skilled team!

We have used Straub Heating and Cooling for both our furnace and central air maintenance for the past 2 years. They have done great work every time they've been here. Aaron G is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will continue to use Straub for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

Couldn’t be more happy with Straub Heating & Cooling. Our house didn’t have AC so I called several companies to get a quote. I was recommended by many people that we use Straub. Of all the companies I reached out to Aaron was the first to show up and give me a quote. He won the job just with how professional, honest, and kind he was. The fact he showed up and gave us a quote was the main thing. Still to this day I haven’t even heard back from the other companies that I reached out to for s quote. I didn’t care about price at that point I knew I was picking straub. They showed up on install day at the exact time they said they would. 3 man crew knocked the complete AC install out in 1.5 hours. Very affordable price as well. If you want family owned that you can trust, I recommend Straub Heating & Cooling for your needs!

Had an issue with the AC staying at the set temperature a month later. Aaron sent an employee out and the guy diagnosed the issue. Within an hour Aaron himself showed up and fixed it now the house is running at a normal temp. Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Dropped what they were doing to make sure our brand new AC was back up and running properly.

I woke up to a chilly house only to find out My furnace wasn't coming on. I went

on Google and search for heating and cooling service and up pop this company. It was quarter after 8 AM. They told me they'd have somebody out in 45 minutes. He was here and a 1/2 hour. He did a quick inspection found out. I needed a new circuit board. He didn't have one on hand but he went and got 1 and was back in a 1/2 an hour 15 minutes later. My furnace was running.

When it comes to quality work and here right away this a one stop shop!! We own a large ranch and USDA processing facility and they come down right away when needed in a hurry and make sure to fix the problem! So incredibly grateful for these guys!!

Came out within two hours of calling them, had the job done in under an hour. Diagnosed and replaced bad blower motor. Very happy with price as well. Will definitely recommend to others!

I highly recommend Stonehaven Condo Association owners & home owners in Milan, MI to call Straub Heating & Cooling when needed. This afternoon I had a furnace issue. They were able to schedule my appointment timely and repair the issue. I will schedule a furnace check-up on my 7 year old furnace next fall to hopefully prevent loss of heat on a cold winter day.

Great company from what I gather. they accommodated doing furnace checkups and cleans for my furnaces at an out of area duplex I own. They made the no contact aspect of the job very easy and seamless with a comprehensive report and invoice promptly upon finishing the job. They also kept me informed via texts through the process, very impressed and will be using them again.

We called Straub Heating and Cooling to service out air conditioning unit and were extremely happy with the service we received. A service worker was sent out right away. Aaron G. was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem, gave us a thorough, understandable explanation and repaired our unit for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this company.

Had to have furnace inspection due to Milan's rental inspection (intrusion) ordinance. They came out checked everything. Were on time and all good.
