Straub is a highly professional Heating and Cooling company with wonderful personel. I have used their services for years and and benefitted greatly by their service.

I purchased from them and they installed my mini-splits (heat & cool) they offered a GENEROUS extended warranty for free with my purchase through them directly. they are prompt, clean & courteous. I have used them in the past and I will if needed use them in the future. a small town business that you cant go wrong with doing a GREAT JOB!! my only issue (and its NOT with Straub heating and cooling) but more w/ the mini-split co. itself. I never got an actual manual for the remote there are some questions I have on programming the remote and not sure what some symbols mean on the remote I've tried calling & emailing the co. (during covid) and they haven't answered my questions. I should try reaching out to the co. again now that covid has calmed down and people are back to work. I did get a manual emailed to me from Straub but it doesn't have the questions I was looking for. I would TOTALLY recommend this small town business!!

I've been using Straub Heating & Cooling for nearly 20 years (since roughly 2005ish) in both my home and condo. I've had to replace my HVAC systems in both during the time I owned them and went through Straub Heating & Cooling both times as well as call them for any repair work or problems as well as servicing the equipment. They are always honest, professional, helpful and timely. I've been elated by their work and love working with both Kirk & Aaron as well as their staff over the years. I trust them completely and it's a huge help to know I can rely on them for any of my HVAC concerns. I cannot recommend them enough!! Top notch skills and service - always THE BEST!

They were extremely helpful. Explained all equipment for humidifier ( not explained at time of installation) and drain flushing. Demonstrated what I needed to do. Very timely. Thank you. 3/1. It’s surprising the condensate pump is an add on to furnace and not part of warranty.

Very prompt and professional service by Aaron Straub. My husband discovered that our IG unit wasn't working last night, especially concerning with the forecasted high temperatures. This unit was purchased by the prior owners, and apparently had not been serviced since that installation. I called and got same day service, usually it's within a day or so. Thank you so much! We are now cool and ready for Summer!
