Hayden was very polite and knowledgeable. I had an annual ‘tune up’. Hayden was prompt, efficient and friendly. I would recommend A-1 to anyone needing HVAC work.

Hayden and his trainee showed up promptly and got right to work! They both were very respectful and professional throughout the visit. Hayden made sure to go above and beyond with his service!

They were willing to take on new customers, we are 1st time homebuyers. I was able to immediately book an appointment. They were punctual, knowledgeable, got the job done in a reasonable time and we’re exceptionally friendly. They listened and addressed all concerns. Would highly recommend A-1 Mechanical!

Our AC went out a few days ago. Just had the visit from Don to look it over. Since the existing unit is over 40 years old, we'll obviously need a new one. Don went over what we'll need to replace along with the outside unit, and he was more optimistic than I was about how much work it would be. I still feel like I'm in good hands with these folks. A much more pleasant experience than I was expecting so far.

The installation happened today. The team did a great job and were very pleasant and considerate. Everything went smoothly and with fewer disruptions than I've experienced before. They were great.
This has been the best experience I've had in over thirty years of home ownership. Five stars!

Was able to get a same-day appointment and they were able to come earlier than expected. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it up super quick. Very professional dealing with us and our homeowners warranty.

Matt was amazing. He was very thorough and talked me through every step of what was happening with our furnace. He knew right away what was wrong and had it fixed within minutes. Extremely professional and very pleasant.

Response was quick to my report of no heat. Was advised ahead of time with cost difference between Sunday and Monday service call. Joe came for repair and he was personable and helpful with decisions I had to make. VERY positive experience.
