    We've enrolled in the A-1 maintenance contract since 2000, when they first installed the HVAC in the house we'd purchased. They come out twice a year to make sure our furnace, a/c and air cleaner are performing properly. They change filters, etc. and let us know if there are any issues. Jason has been our regular technician for a while. He's friendly, informative, punctual and professional. It's reassuring to know these essential appliances are well tended. Also, when I called to make the appointment, they easily set it up less than a week later, with a time window of only a few hours.

    Made an appointment to have a duct off of the trunk line repaired. Jason came to my house and even though I furnished the 90° duct replacement part, he was unprepared to do the job that morning. I made a rookie mistake and did not get a written quote , only a verbal quote for $300-$400. I also didn't get multiple quotes from other HVAC businesses. I thought it seemed very expensive for the work that was required, but went ahead and scheduled it anyway as I work long hours and don't have much time to mess with appointments . Jason came back a week later and my husband let him in to do the repair. He worked for about an hour installing my duct and the price was $448.00, over the quoted price. My husband knew the quoted price, yet Jason told him he quoted $300-$600.. On what planet does a duct repair cost this amount? I'd hate to see their prices for more technical work! In short, I'd never use this company for anything again.

    Shane was professional, came out for diagnoses as our furnace stopped working over the weekend. A-1 had records of maintenance from the previous owners of the house, a few minutes of diagnosis and he knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He came prepared had the part needed and was in and out in a matter of minutes. And now the house is warm again! Awesome service quick and professional, will gladly do business with again, if ever the need arises!

    I hands down 100% recommend A1 Mechanical HVAC Company, from the very start to the finish Austin from the west side was very informative and honest! When he said he would be there, he always showed up early and called us 10 minutes before hand!     Nothing like your A/C going out in the middle of a heat wave! A-1 was able to get us a new air conditioner and furnace more quickly than other companies. Don, the salesman was thorough and got the estimate to me right away so I could make a decision. Jeff, the installer worked all day without a break to complete the job and get our air back up and running. He left everything clean and was very professional. I am very thankful for such good service.

    A1 installed our heating/cooling system in our 2017 build. We've been very satisfied with their installation and service. Joe completed our Fall furnace tune up today. He was very thorough and offered helpful suggestions. We will use this company in the future.

    Professional team to do spring AC maintenance. They were quick, efficient and reasonable. A-1 installed the AC two years ago and I've been happy with the company so will continue to call them. Number 1 reason: THEY call me to schedule maintenance, I don't need to 'chase them down'. Great!
