After my elderly Mother was quoted a price gouging 9k for a new furnace from another company, she received a much more reasonable estimate from A1. They provided professional and excellent service and installed a quality furnace. An honest company unlike some others out there.

On a Sunday heater wouldn't keep running. Called A-1 and within hours they had someone out to check it. Technician was great and knowledgeable. Everything fixed in short order and no charge. A-1 also installed our new Heater and AC last October. Would recommend them to anyone. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I have had A1 Mechanical for several years. It has been hit and miss depending on which technician performed the maintenance. The technician who came out on this day gave the best and most thorough service I have experienced throughout the years. I hope that all technicians from this point forward will provide the service that Hayden did.

Not certain that today’s visit will solve the problem. The system is performing well thus far. Technician seems to have a good grasp on future steps to take if today’s work does not prove out.

Technician Hayden was very polite, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My 20 something year old furnace was operating just fine, and they did not try to upsell me anything that was not needed. I feel that A-1 provided an excellent service at an excellent value. They've earned my trust and my future business.

Jeff was AWESOME. He was prompt, extremely kind and professional, and was very efficient and precise with his work installing our new AC unit and thermostat. His work was clean, and he even fixed up our edging and rocks on the side of our house when the new unit was installed and ended up being bigger than our last one. The entire A-1 staff is amazing, I can’t say nice enough things about how easy and pleasant they were to work with. Highly recommended!
