A nice gentlemen and very knowledgeable professional. Fast response to an urgent call on Saturday. Dwight fixed the problem and made my furnace work again. He did a great job! I would like to recommend him to anyone who needs heating and cooling equipment service.

After calling multiple A/C contractors & being told it would be 3 weeks because I was not a 'regular customer' - I called GR Metro H&C. The Technician arrived 3 hours later & had cold air blowing out of my vents in a short period of time. The Technician - Charlie - was GREAT --- he explained everything thoroughly, explained what the cost was going to be, and offered his expert opinion when I asked him 'What he thought'. ***I've already scheduled my Fall furnace tune-up with GR Metro H&C!

GRMetro did an awesome job dealing with what was a terrible situation for me. We had a blower in our furnace throw a bearing the day before I was due to leave for a work trip. Not only did these awesome guys make time for me the same day I called to request service, they also took the time to go over the entire health of my furnace, giving me estimated time frames for further potential component failures, and identifying problems that had flown under the radar for me, including a carbon monoxide leak!

They didnt push me toward a particular product or service. Instead, they laid out several options for me, including warranties, rebates, and expected operation times. After I had chosen to replace my furnace, they set up a service call for the next day. Their work is exceptional, their employees prompt and efficient, they hauled away the old furnace, the place was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there, and they expeditiously assisted me with every question I had, even when I lost the rebate paperwork.

GRMetro is without a doubt my goto heating and cooling company now. If I could, I would rate them a 7/5, alas google only allows 5/5.

Outstanding service! Dwight made my situation a top priority (even with it being Saturday!), did a great job explaining the root cause of my furnace problem, and got my furnace running back to normal very quickly. I will absolutely be using GRMetro for all my heating and cooling needs.

We were in need to quickly find out why our AC unit was not working because we were expecting temps in the 90's and our old home holds heat like an oven! Dwight showed up the next day to tackle our problem. He explained very thoroughly what was going on with it and offered me options. He kindly waited for me to decide which direction would work best for our household and we chose to replace the old with a new AC unit. He went to work on the spot and worked the next 8 plus hours to make that happen for us. The amount of professionalism Dwight had and priority he dedicated to us that day was incredible. We would recommend GRmetro Heating & Cooling over and over again. And our home has never felt so cool!

Dwight and GRmetro were awesome to work with. They squeezed me in last minute and still worked with me above and beyond to get my AC up and running again on a hot day. They worked to save me money and were honest about what I needed and what could wait - something of the highest value to me. Thanks GRmetro! You earned a life-time customer.

Dwight came afterhours to service my furnace. This is the second time he has been to my house to service it. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and we always have great conversation. Will continue to call him when I’m in need. Would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Grmetro was very professional and did an amazing job installing our hot water heater. They were able to help us same day. Very affordable!

Will highly recommend GRmetro Heating and Cooling. When I made the call to his company he educated me on the way to troubleshoot my problem first before he came out. I appreciated this, and felt that he was honest and had integrity. When he was at my home he educated me on ways I could prevent the problem with my central air in the future. He also offered to spray a wasp nest near the outside unit before he left! I will be referring friends and family to this company:)

GRmetro was excellent. My air conditioning went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Dwight was out the next morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had the air fixed quickly.
