Our water heater died and Andrew was out to take a look the same morning. He diagnosed what needed to get done, shared the options, including a very affordable service program that gave us 10% off the water heater and install. Adam and helper came and installed the new water heater and gave a thorough explanation of what they did and why. Additionally he explained what to expect going forward with the service program. I am very satisfied and now have a partner in GRMetro going forward!

Today was my first attempt to use my AC this season, and it didn’t work. GRMH&C matched a special I saw online, came out the same day, and my home is now getting blissfully cool. Adam was kind, thoughtful, and did a wonderful job. He stayed after 5pm and made sure my air was working. I’ll definitely call them again.

Extremely satisfied with the level of work and care we got updating our house. Adam was very informative of the process and didn't push to up sell. After we made the selection to go forward with GRM, they were promt in senting the few tweeks to the quote I requested and set up a date that worked for me. The instillation was done in one day. We had a small problem after they left were are old piping had apparently disloged some sediment that blocked are hot water. Adam, even after hours, came back and helped fix the issue. Above and beyond service. Very good company to work with.

Most excellent. Adam replaced our furnace humidifier. It was a tight space to work in. Adam was innovative and forward-thinking in his approach to the mini-challenge. He was very well pleased with his work which gave me comfort and confidence in the result, too. He, likewise, answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend and will direct others to GR Metro. Charlie and Adam were fantastic from the moment they arrived (on time!) until the moment they left which was exactly when they estimated they would have the system installed. Courteous, professional and always willing to answer my questions. Always polite and treated my home as It were there own. We can’t say enough good things about them and GR Metro! Charlie and his entire team was amazing start to finish. Charlie was super responsive and took the time to do a thorough inspection, quote, and gave me two amazing new AC units for my duplex. I will definitely use them again this coming fall for a maintenance check up on my furnaces.

Charlie and Dwight and the whole company went out of there way and above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. From working with my budget and standing behind the work and the issues that they find. They brought out space heaters and were able to get the furnace installed as soon as possible. Also did a great job with cleaning up the mess that goes along with the installation. All of them were over great with my loud noisy dogs to.

We had Charlie out early this summer for a band-aid fix for our A/C to get us through... we had a party the next day and he gave us all the options, but we opted for the quick repair and were happy for as long as we needed it

... fast-forward to this fall. Andrew did our inspection and found a safety concern with our furnace (we had just moved in and knew our system was 20+ years old) and was able to get us moving on a needed replacement for the next day. He showed me the obvious failure and it was clearly unsafe.

Dwight came out that same day and quoted several options, we opted to replace our A/C, Furnace, and Water Heater at the same time for labor and convenience...

Everyone I've worked with (Charlie, Kate, Andrew, Dwight, Adam, and Drew) has been great, communicated clearly, and are who we'll be using for the foreseeable future

I didn't even realize Dwight was the owner and it seems to be a family affair with some employees who (I'm inferring) are treated well and it shows. Everyone has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clear with expectations.

From what I gather... they're not the least-expensive option, but certainly not the most, and their quality, warranties, and service makes it so that gathering a bunch of quotes from other companies who will be similarly priced seemed unnecessary
