Adam was able to repair our gas fireplace in our master bedroom. 25 years old but, no problem, no upselling, smiling and friendly the whole time.
Service like you we had 50 years ago.

Adam was entirely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things with great detail, coming out “on call” on a Saturday within 3 hours of me initially reaching out.

Andrew was very prompt and professional with his service. He tuned up both our furnace and A/C and seemed very knowledgable on both.

As usual, GR Metro is the best! They always provide professional, reliable, efficient service. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience with a knowledgeable company. We haven’t even decided a yes or no with GRmetro, but having Charlie was fabulous. He came in asking the right kind of questions, checked the furnace and ac unit, diagnosed what was going on and gave an in home quote.
The call center staff was very kind and friendly as well when we scheduled an estimate.

We did hire GR metro heating and cooling. Drew and Juan were in and out with a new furnace within 6 hours. Heat and ac work great now!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable staff that wants nothing but what is in the customer's best interest for an unbeatable value. Charlie was fantastic and went above and beyond service to make sure we got done what it took to make our system work properly and better than before. Drew and his crew were punctual, got done early and left the house in better shape than when they arrived. I will be recommending gr metro to anyone in the west michigan area from here on out.

Another local provider cancelled on me and GR Metro came out the same day to diagnose the issue. Adam was great in explaining the issues and concerns without steering me towards a decision. I opted to replace both systems rather than continue to repair old equipment. Was ordered and Drew and Juan came a few days later. I was able to leave for work and came home mid-afternoon to a spotless install and they did an amazing job. Adam was in the area and stopped by to check in to make sure I was satisfied. I can’t recommend them enough, I won’t be calling anyone else going forward!

David and Andrew were out and did an excellent job. They were also polite and friendly and respectful.
