Charlie came out on his day off just so he could take a look at our non-working furnace. He gave us a break down of all of the things wrong with our furnace. He also showed us finance options and was very educational with each one. We ended up getting a brand new furnace from them!

We have multiple positive experiences with Dwight and GR Metro. In the winter of 2017, our power went out in the middle of the night and it was just under 40 degrees in our house when we woke up. I called around looking for anyone to come out same day to fix it. Of the 4 or 5 companies I called, Dwight was the only one who was willing to do it same day. True to his word, he was out to our place in the time frame he set up on the phone. He is knowledgeable, polite, and honest with what was needed. Fast forward to this year; we needed an inspection done on a water heater and furnace unit during a real estate transaction. The nature of the situation required multiple phone calls, estimate requests, and general advice. Dwight was so good at answering the phone, taking the time to answer my questions and provide us with multiple iterations of estimates according to the demands of the situation.
