Adam came on time and was very helpful in answering questions about my furnace. He was very thorough in his tube up and has made me a happy loyal customer.

Great friendly service, went above and beyond to fix my problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted them last year to come replace my water heater. They where very professional, knowledgeable and gave me honest advice on what I did and didn’t need. They never rushed me and answered all my questions in detail. The work was done quick (with in a week) and looks great. A year has passed and I have not had a single issue with my water heater. I also had them replace my central ac. I am looking forward to using them in the future when it comes time to replace my old furnace. Seriously don’t hesitate to contact these guys. They are the only hvac company I’d recommend.

My AC went out one evening and the temp over the following days was supposed to be the hottest so far this year. I started calling around first thing the next morning and nobody was able to schedule me for an appointment that day which was completely understandable. This was also the case with GRMetro but they took my information down and said they would call if something became available. I honestly thought that was just something they were saying but sure enough, an hour later I got a call that there was an opening later that day. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful both times we talked.

The technician (Matt I believe) called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival so I was able to leave work to meet him. Once there he was also very kind professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options for repair. He explained everything very thoroughly (even though almost all of it was beyond my understanding lol). Once we decided on how we wanted to proceed he had everything up and running within an hour.

Hopefully I don't have a need for them to come out again but if I ever run into issues again they will surely be the first place I call.

Adam was very good at explaining and suggesting a replacement furnace for my rental unit. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a service tech for hvac!

When you think of the top HVAC companies in West Michigan you have to think of GrMetro. I had a new system put in (furnace and AC unit). I had a couple other companies out for a bidding purposes and they don’t compare to GrMetro in terms of their customer service, product quality, and cost. If something wasn’t right or how you wanted they made sure to make it right. They made sure the cost was reasonable as well. Most affordable in the area! I would recommend Charlie and the rest of the GrMetro crew to anybody in West Michigan.

Dwight and Doug were very pleasant to work with. They did a great job thoroughly inspecting our furnace during inspection and provided my family with comfort that our furnace was in working order. They were able to come back two days later to replace our heat exchanger and other various components and cleaned out the entire furnace and it’s surroundings to the point where our 19 year old furnace looked close to new. They also were very honest for filter recommendations, etc. I would recommend them to anyone that is need of heating and cooling service.

Charlie came out to check out my AC unit. He was very personable and helpful -- he cut to the chase and helped me understand the issues I was having. He was kind and patient enough to stick around for an extra 30 minutes so he could explain face to face which stuck out to me. Would recommend.

Dwight was great to work with and he provided a lot of comfort when dealing with a mess of a situation. He identified and fixed the main leak, and also moved some of the drainage pipes around to provide easier access for installing and removing my air filter. He was very professional in our work together and I highly recommend using them for any service and/or emergency needs you may encounter.
