I used this company almost five years ago for a gas line installation. I called them when I woke up and my furnace was not running. They gave me an appointment and showed up on time. Charlie was awesome at diagnosing the issue . He had to run across town to get a part and it was fixed. He also inspected the entire furnace and found another issue and replaced that also. He explained everything to me that was done and why. He was very kind and professional and the cost was less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this local company.

They sent a tech out the same day I submitted my request, and the tech (Charlie) was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the work I need done. I would feel comfortable working with this company again.

Charlie came earlier than the time frame, which was great! He gave me a free estimate and was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Later in the day Adam and Sam came to install the water heater. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and took lots of time with me to explain everything. What a crew! Clean up was perfect, booties were worn, rugs were laid down for floor protection, and they brought a vacuum. I highly recommend this team!

Starting with the free quote and through the installation of my new air conditioner and furnace, these guys were absolutely amazing. Mark, Charlie, Sam and Adam were some of the MOST professional, informative and sweet young men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was the customer service exceptional, the prices were reasonable. I won't call anyone else for this type of work. Thanks to you all. I had such a great experience with GRmetro. I had Charlie come out to inspect my furnace and quote me. He was so patient with all of my questions. Then, Adam came out a week later to install my new furnace and humidifier. Adam was absolutely phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and after completion, he walked me through everything. He explained how to change my filter, proper thermostat knowledge, and more. He even asked about my work schedule to ensure he was respectful with noise. Could not recommend a better company!
