Best decision I made remodeling my bathroom, going here. Their knowledge about plumbing, saved my project. I was totally stuck, walked in there and everybody was super friendly and didn’t judge me that I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, absolutely helped me be successful in my project! Best place ever for advance and knowledge.

Mike came out this morning to fix a kitchen sink leak. He was fabulous! Energetic, humorous, quick & efficient. He even asked if there were other "opportunities" so I had him fix our leaky bath faucet also. Not only was his work done well, he was also very conscientious about covid. He wore a mask and offered to wipe down my debit card after he swiped it. First experience with Godwin and certainly won't be the last.

Godwin came out to my house and repaired/rebuilt two faucets (kitchen & bathroom) as well as an outdoor spigot. They did a great job, and their fee was a fraction of their competitor's, who charged me twice as much as Godwin to temporarily fix the kitchen faucet earlier this year.

I called Godwin to do the plumbing portion of my kitchen remodel. They came, but instead of just doing what i asked, they did an excellent job telling me that the plumbing portion of my plan was perhaps missing some important steps, and took the time to explain how the plumbing part of the plan should be, and why. It made great sense! I really appreciate their candor, honesty and help! They'll be back when the plumbing portion of the RIGHT plan is due! Thanks Godwin!

When my basement flooded (twice), I needed a quick solution. Short on home improvement knowledge and how-to, I contacted 4 places in the GR area.
one didn't communicate great and in general wasn't helpful
two viewed my problem as a nail, and tried to sell me their very expensive hammer
Godwin came out, looked around, and for 20 min gave me advice and answered my questions. They didn't try to sell me anything. $230 bucks later at Home Depot and an hour of work, and our basement is bone dry after the most recent rain storms.

I know that for every plumbing problem I have in the future, Godwin will be my first and only call. I was provided wonderful customer service.

Seriously the best company. We called yesterday and they came out today and gave us a quote the cheapest quote we even received for a central air unit as it being high efficiency as well. They seen I had kids when they did our estimate and when we signed papers for them to instal they brought us a brand new air conditioner to get us through 3 days until they can install our system as today is a weekend. Thank you for everything we are beyond happy and cool in this high heat temps.

At 320pm tday, on E-bound I96,near downtown GR, one of your company pickups was speeding excessively, tailgating, and cutting people off, and driving poorly,, not a good look for your company 👎

Our 25+ year old water heater died Friday night. Called Godwin on Sat morning and the plumber was at our house, with replacement water heater, by 9:30. Direct fit replacement so no real issues except broken shutoff valve on supply line. All work done by noon.

I had them install an AC unit for me and the quality of work was outstanding. Their hardware shop is just as great. I went in there to get some advice on an issue I was having with my tub and they knew what brand and part I needed and explained it so well it was a snap to replace, saving me money from having a professional install it.

I got more projects up my sleeves and Godwin will be my first call for each one of them, They know their stuff and they don't try to scare you or lie to get an extra buck from you.

Godwin' s crew did a fantastic job from the time the sales man walked in our house to the time the installers left. I felt all the way thru this process they had what would work for our best interest in mind and not just what they could sell us to make a deal.
Installation crew went over everything they did and wasn't in a hurry to leave to the next job without making sure every question was answered.
