The customer service is great. I had a capasitor go out on my A/C on the hottest day of June. Called Godwin at 4:15 pm on a Saturday to see if they had my part. They called me back saying they had it. Took me over half hour to drive there. The person who took my call said he would wait in parking lot after closing time for me to get there so I could get my part and fix my AC. Great people and customer care.

I really can’t say enough about these guys! I just had my 4th Godwin In-home Repair yesterday. Once again, top notch across the board. Yesterday, Allen was the serviceman assigned to my appointment. He was extremely pleasant. On top of that, he was very professional, quick and best of all, honest. Just like the ALL of the previous servicemen that have come out to my home. I say honest because he could have easily spent at least 2 – 3 times the amount of time repairing the issue. But he spent just under an hour. My appointment dates was roughly 10 or so days from when I initially called, but it’s only because I’m not the only one who know these guys are the best in the area. If your issue is something that doesn’t need immediate attention, Godwin is worth that extra days you may need to wait.

Godwin is the best! I appreciate the experienced technicians ( Russ & Steve are our favorites!) that provide fast efficient service and fix it right the first time. The office staff has always been so friendly and go above and beyond to be accommodating to my schedule. If you call ask for Kathy. She is so nice! I never have to worry because I know who to call for all my plumbing & heating needs. Thanks Godwin!

Friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very cost friendly. After checking with others that could not fit me into their schedule for another week to repair an urgent situation, Godwin Plumbing made it happen in less than half a day. In and out super quick after ensuring everything was properly working. Answered any all all questions and even provided some tips. Loved the service.

Godwin sent two crews to help us out with our new cottage. We had drains unclogged, plumbing checked, and a toilet replaced. Everything was done quickly and to our satisfaction.

Love Godwin! 3 weeks ago we had them fix some toilet/plumbing issues, did an amazing job! Today they came and fixed our air conditioning in our house. Matt was the HVAC tech today and was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Lifetime customer here!

Needed a glass window cut to size and they had it on hand to cut. Fast service and all smiles around. Everyone there, were very helpful in helping me out. Not to busy at that time and very clean in the store to going shopping. If I needed some items, they would have it. Good job...
