I removed my original bad review because the work wasn’t too bad … the installers did not follow the agreed upon plans, but did the best they could. I’ve returned to review based on conditions left. Installers needed to access the water valve - instead of asking for help they terrorized my storage space - broke two stored Christmas trees, a number of ornaments and just left the room in shambles.

Had no hot water and the office thought hot water heater needed replacement. Got appointment the next day. Technician Tim came out and diagnosed it as a hot water heater problem. He layed out all the options to replace and costs. After we chose our option, it was then a new hot water heater was delivered by another person. No heavy pressure at any time in our decision!!! Tim was awesome: very professional, very knowledgeable, & very pleasant!!
In my opinion, there is no other plumbing service than Godwin Plumbing!!

Joel was terrific!! A wealth of knowledge and experience along with being prompt, cordial and efficient. Great experience as had to re-route a iron buddy to the septic system as well as drain the retaining tank for the other water heater. Great experience

Rob the employee who helped us out even left us with two space heaters which saved the day! I highly recommend Godwin's services and would easily choose Godwin for any other job from here on out.

I can’t say enough good things about Godwin. We had a water heater go bad and we needed a new one stat. They got us on the schedule and got it done fast and to code, $150 under estimate and $700 less than the other quote I got. Mike was delightful - he explained how everything worked and told me the how and the why of everything he did. He wore a mask. He was incredibly personable. He didn’t talk down to me, as men in certain industries sometimes do to female clients. Thank you, Mike! You rock!

I went to Godwin to purchase a faucet part. After providing a part number, the service counter employee gave me the wrong part. I paid for it and had to come back to return this part. I went back to the service counter to get the correct part. The employee said there were none available and turned around without offering any help or alternative. There was a serious lack of professionalism, unbecoming of Godwin’s supposed reputation. I would suggest hiring employees with more industry experience. Based on this experience, I will take my business elsewhere.

Great service, very knowledgeable folks. I've always found exactly what I was looking for at Godwin hardware and have gotten great service too. I would definitely recommend Godwin to anyone.

Godwin’s got what you need! Why waste time going to a big box or other store when you can have friendly knowledgeable help at Godwin. I had a difficult plumbing project requiring a specific Vinyl nut and the associate was good enough to open a package up to get me going and then ordered a replacement for the store. Service like this is unheard of these days and all my experiences there are so positive.
