Godwin has come through for me and my family on many occasions. It''s such a comfort to have a plumbing/HVAC repair place that we can trust -- and always charges less than what we are expecting. Another plumber told us we should replace all of our pipes. Godwin fixed the few pinhole leaks and we are good for a fraction of the cost.

Joel Mervau and his associate Adam were the absolute best! From scheduling call to diagnosis and repair it went so smoothly, easily and professionally. Thank you gentlemen and Ty for the great experience in the middle of winter. Will definitely call again. Be safe.

Mike was on time and called before arrival. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns, slow running water in the kitchen and master bath, cleaned the lime out and the water is running great. He also provided information to help us stay on top of the lime build up in our pipes. We will stick with Godwin and keep their number on speed dial for any future plumbing issues.

I've used Godwin Plumbing for various jobs and have been nothing but impressed. Today I had Russ come out to service a water boiler that wasn't circulating some heat in certain areas of the house. Russ is knowledgeable with water boilers and professional through the whole experience. He explained everything in a ways I could understand. He's definitely made having a water boiler less intimidating. I would definitely use Godwin Plumbing for future jobs and maintenance. If you need a water boiler serviced, this will treat you well.

In addition to the good work that Godwin specialists have done for us, I have always appreciated their willingness to show me how to do as much as possible myself.

I am in need of gas line work at my home. Ethan was on site 4/22 and told me to expect a quote back by mid-week. After not hearing i followed up and was informed he was on vacation for another week and no one had access to his working papers. My calls / emails were not returned after vacation so i followed up again the next week. Now 3 weeks out from the day they were on site. Each day i could not get ahold of Ethan so i'd call the main service line where someone would apologize and tell me i'd get a call back by the end of the day. I entertained this for another 1-2 weeks and have officially given up. No call back, no quote, nothing. Unexpected based on other reviews and past experiences. Unacceptable and embarrassing for Godwin plumbing. If they don't have the resources to do it, just say so. I hope others have better luck finding quality services.

We needed a new water heater. They originally came out quick to take a look on a Friday and said they would call us with a estimate that following Monday. Monday came and went. We contacted them and they said that their quote/service guy was on vacation. 3 weeks later nothing... We contacted them on 3/30 and they said they wanted to send a technician out to take a look again on 3/31. The morning of 3/31 they called and said that Seaman's was the original company that installed the water heater and that we should contact them.

Did a great job replacing an old steel snake line with a nice copper line. A little costly but it was done right. UPDATE: they fixed it so well! Still feel they did us right and will definitely use Godwin again!

The great people over at your organization have taken care of my needs in multiple areas for years! I have a water treatment system through you guys and you take care of all my heating and cooling needs as well! I had the pleasure and opportunity to have my heating cooling system replaced last month by your great team! Installation went absolutely flawless in both the guys were extremely pleasant and accommodating of my disability. After installation I noticed that the guys accidentally made a dent in my wall when removing or bringing new equipment down to the basement. Godwin fix the dent in the wall with no questions asked or more money required! Highly recommend will continue to use you for years! :-)
