I placed a call left a voicemail and within 5 minutes I received a call back. Now this was Saturday morning (memorial weekend). My air conditioner was not working properly and Steve arrived at my house within 35 minutes and very professional plus fixed the problem quickly. Price was very responsible and we highly recommend Steve. Thank you so much

I had an old Luxaire furnace that was installed probably back in the 60's. The thing was a monster compared to today's furnaces. Just disassembling it and removing it was a huge job within itself.
Steve was very personable and professional in every aspect of the job.
Not only did he remove "the monster", but also installed my new furnace in adequate time so that we didn't have to be inconvenienced at all!

So, we had our blower motor burn out on Saturday evening, Steve came over first thing Sunday morning to take a look and get it going temporarily for us until he could get a new motor for us this morning. He returned at 9am sharp as promised and swapped the motor out. Great dedicated service, on time as promised and a great price. Stellar guy and service.

Steve just left after fixing our AC unit on one of the hottest Michigan days. He was so pleasant and triple checked all of his work to ensure our unit was back in working order. Id strongly recommend him to any of my friends and family, and will be quick to call him if anything goes wrong in the future. Thanks Steve!!!

Our furnace broke on Christmas Day and Steve still picked up the phone to take our call on a holiday. He was at the house the next morning to fix the furnace. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Steve is personable and great at what he does. Highly recommended.

After two unsuccessful service calls from another company, I found Grand Blanc Mechanical who specializes in Luxaire brand furnaces. Steve was able to make the necessary board configuration/settings and now my modulating furnace is back to performing as before the board failure. Steve also identified a component that was in need of replacement and was about to come off 10 year warranty, which saved me money. Highly recommended Grand Blanc Mechanical, especially if you own a Luxaire brand or are considering purchase.
