Grand Blanc Mechanical is top notch and Excellent in work and Service. I am an over the road trucker and was out of town when my wife woke up to a freezing house. She called a service from an area we used to live in years ago before moving to Florida. Steve from GBM came to my wife’s rescue and restored our heat immediately!! I am so thankful for his professionalism and quick response and will be the only service I use and will recommend him to anyone I can!!! THANKS AGAIN GRAND BLANC MECHANICAL YOU REALLY SAVED ME AND MY FAMILY IN A TIME OF NEED!!! OUTSTANDING JOB AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

Emailed Steven on the 4th of July because my air went out, he responded within 30mins came out next business day fixed my ac fast! Very informative, very knowledgeable, quick response time, and great price. No BS too doesn’t try to up-sell you on any just tells you how it is.Highly recommend overall a great guy.

Just two days before the 4th of July when temperatures were close to 100, my central air stopped working. I called about 7:30 at night, and by 8:30 the next morning Steve was here. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had my air working shortly after. His prices seemed more than fair and I will definitely keep his information on hand for the future. Like others, I went off the reviews on google and was not disappointed!

We lost power in the midst of an awful heat wave, only to find that our air conditioner stopped working once the power came back on. Steve came out to our house immediately, fixed the problem within 20 minutes, and charged us a fair price. I couldn't write a better review - thank you to those who posted before us, we relied on the feedback listed here and it was totally accurate.

After having intermittent issues with the original build furnace, it finally went out. We went to a few other places and they all wanted significantly more than Grand Blanc Mechanical. After reading some of the reviews online, I decided to give them a try. Steve came out, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate with the usual caveats and came in well under the competition and unlike them, seemed more interested in getting the right long-term solution than selling me as much as possible at one time and making any other decision seem like a bad one.

I couldn't be happier that I went with Grand Blanc Mechanical. They went above and beyond, following up with us after the fact, handling registration of our equipment for us and even went as far as to take care of the rebates with our utilities provider. Any future HVAC work we have, they will be doing and we will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area for the same.

Fast, Knowledgeable and courteous. Steve was over to my place 10 minutes after I called him and knew exactly what was wrong the minute he removed the side panel from the unit. I will be using Grand Blanc Mechanical from now on for all my H VAC needs.

Talk about same day service! Steve had the AC back up and running within a few hours of my call. Even on a hot, humid day like today. Very friendly. Very courteous. And the price was right too! Couldn't have asked for more.
