Grand Blanc Mechanical

Just called Grand Blanc Mechanical this morning since our furnace randomly stopped working. Steve called back quickly and was able to come check it out within 30 minutes even though there was a huge snow storm going on and the roads were a mess!!! Other companies I called didn't even seem to care that we had no heat in 10 degree weather and they weren't available until the next day. Steve was very straight forward, explained the issue thoroughly, and got the furnace working! His price was extremely reasonable (especially considering his fast response time and the weather conditions)! I won't go anywhere else for our furnace/AC needs and neither should you!

I was so impressed when Grand Blanc Mechanical fixed our air conditioning issue years ago, I saved the business card on the inside of the kitchen cupboard door. Called them recently because our hot water heater was leaking. New one installed within days (due to my schedule). Steve is awesome, so easy to work with...prompt, precise, professional yet friendly... entire process was totally stress free for me.

Next call will be when we need a new furnace!

Called today and he said he could fit me in Monday. Got a call back within ten minutes saying her could be here within the hour to look at my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. Ultimately he determined it was my board, he called a place I could pick it up from to put on myself and sure enough after replacing it my furnace started working again. He’s a great guy and I look forward to using his business again.

To anyone needing hvac repair or service... Grand Blanc Mechanical is highly recommended. The owner, Steve, promply returned my initial call about a furnace problem and was able to make a service call the same day. He works very hard and is attentive to all details (uses quality components, keeps a clean work area, is respectful, etc.)

My furnace died last night. Steve was able to rescue us buy replacing the ignition motor. I had a 9am appointment not only was he prompted, and very kind and professional but he had the heat back on with in 15 minutes. Thankyou so much we are nice and toasty now! ;) I will be calling him when I need help down the road for sure

Fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable! Our furnace stopped heating on the coldest 13F December day which prompted our call to Grand Blanc Mechanical. Steve got back to us right away when he said. And visited to diagnose the problem even faster. They explain everything in detail and provided options over and above my expectations for how to resolve our furnace issues. Steve had us warm and cozy again faster than the time it took me to finally call him. So glad I did!

Steve at Grand Blanc Mechanical has done work for us at two separate homes. Both times he was professional and did high quality work at a reasonable price. He has great communication and shows up on time! And no high pressure selling!! Highest recommendation!

Our air conditioning quit blowing cold air. I called and Steve was at our house within ten minutes. He was a great guy. He talked to us and checked out our air conditioner. He found the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly and relatively inexpensivly. I called because there were 39 reviews all with 5 stars. Definitely deserving. Steve was top notch, looked over my heating system and determined the issue. Gave me straight answers and some solutions on how to proceed going forward. Extremely personable and professional, would highly recommend Steve any day!
