Grand Blanc Mechanical

Furnace wasn't turning on to take the chill out of the early October mornings. Called Grand Blanc Mechanical based on the reviews here on Google. Talked to Steve, he told me it just might need a cleaning but that on certain models of my make furnace the one part really needs to be replaced and not just cleaned. Was here first thing the next morning, right when he said he would be. A quick look at the furnace and he tells me that it just needs a good cleaning. Does that and gives me some good advice on replacing my filter every month with a less restrictive flow model. I would highly recommend Steve. He is honest, punctual, and a clean and efficient worker.

I have a issue with my furnace/humidifier. Steve came out about 45 min after I called and got it all fixed up and running again. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommended!

The best decision I made, was to call Grand Blanc Mechanical. I actually called more than one company as my furnace stopped working when it was 9 degrees at 6 am. Steve called me back at 7 am and was over about an hour later! Very responsive, and very knowledgeable.

My furnace went out on a Friday evening. It was around 35° outside. I made a homeowner's claim after hours and was told Grand Blanc Mechanical had been assigned to my claim. Before 8 am the following Saturday morning I received a call and the technician was at my house by 9 am. By 10:30 am I had heat. I would highly recommend.

Steve exceeded our expectations by fixing our AC on a very hot Sunday. He was very professional and had given us some practical suggestions that would save us money down the road. We had a very good experience and felt lucky to have someone like him operating locally.

Steve provided great service for my a/c repair. He responded to my v.m. within minutes, was at my house within a couple of hours and his price was very fair. I highly recommend.

During the hottest week of the summer, on the day after 4th of July, our central air stopped working. I had called Steve at 11 am and by 1 pm our air conditioner was working well again. The prices were fair and the service was efficient. If we have any issues with our HVAC in the future again, we will definitely be calling Grand Blanc Mechanical.
