Brisendine Heating & Cooling

Not a happy customer. First time user and instead of making a new customer for potential life, they threw it away for an $89.00 service call.

The repairman was at my house for 20 minutes only to tell me I had a leak and I needed a new unit. Leaks can be sealed.

I gave the next repairman who is my Aunt’s neighbor, $60 to repair my leak and my house is cold again. Just a regular guy who had the equipment and not out to make money off of pushing new units at 3-5k

It’s a shame that all companies want to do is make money off selling new units to people when the unit they have is repairable. Shameful for all companies who have sold out to shady practices.

I do not recommend this company. 20 minutes, $89.00, zero work performed. :-(

Installed new furnace and air in our home, they were quick and timely. Explained the whole process to us. We couldn’t be happier!

My A/C unit blew up after a power a few months ago when it was extremely hot outside. I called Brisendine and they had a new A/C unit installed for me within a few days. On top of that awesome customer service and expediency, Mike and his team did an amazing job on the installation of my new A/C unit. I called another Heating and Cooling company for a second opinion and Brisendine matched the price with a much larger A/C unit. I was VERY impressed that they did this for me. I will ALWAYS call Brisendine for ANY heating and cooling issues in the future. Great work Brisendine Team!

They installed new furnace and AC 10 years ago with great price and installation in 1 day. They provide great annual service, always prompt, and prices competitive. They are always our go to contractor.

I'm always nervous hiring a new contractor. You never know. They gave me a price to install a new hot water tank on the phone, but I was still nervous. Brisendine showed up on time, very friendly, polite, well dressed, got right to work, finished quickly, but you can tell by how clean everything is, they took their time. They finished and charged me exactly what was said on the phone, how refreshing!!! Brisendine has a new heating & cooling customer for life:) Thank you.

Service was great, very professional. The only thing I had a problem with is that, they did not call the night before to give us a start time or a confirmation of work to be done the next day. We got up at 7am and called Brisendine at 9:15am to find out they were coming about 10am or 10:30am. Otherwise service and instillation was fantastic! I would definitely recommend highly!

I want to take a moment to express my thanks to Scott and his company and everyone involved not only for the quick response time and fairly quick remedy to the situation and overall communication but also pleasant, positive, professional and well run business and individuals. my compliments!!! found them all from several others recommendations & continue to do the same myself. all thumbs up!!

I found this place on line when my furnace went out on a single digit temperature day. I saw the great reviews and decided to try them. They made it out that afternoon to check my furnace. Hands down the best and most reasonably priced service. Honest and thorough.
Forget all the other guys, this is my new heating and cooling place...

Our AC stopped working during the July 2016 heat wave. A neighbor recommended Brisendine Heating and Cooling (they used to be up the street from us on Gratiot) and they were able to come out several hours after I called. The Service Technician, Scott, was professional and listened to me and answered all my questions patiently, had the necessary part in the van to fix the unit, and had us fixed within an hour. No one wants their AC to go out on a 90 degree day, however, fantastic customer service and quick fix made up for the discomfort of not having AC on a very hot night!

We were without heat and they showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and did not price gouge. They are a family owned company and seem to take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
