Timely, professional, honest, and kind. Beat out other quotes I got. Better warranty on the units we went with compared to other quotes. Had a whole home system replaced and it’s amazing. Took a week to turnaround a quote to install. Install was a bit complicated and took 2 days, but the installers did great work. My installers, Tyler and Rudy were outstanding. Very pleased with the work. They took pride in making it look like a high end professional install. No corners cut. Bryan quoted us the system and he did great also. No hassle and understood our needs. System works great. Bryan even text back and forth in off hours to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend Superior Comfort.

Donald W & Ricky O did great work! They were on time, professional, efficient and left the work area so clean. They replaced both our AC unit & furnace and moved the hot water tank in just over 1 day! We would definitely recommend.

This company was awesome! The two gentlemen, Rudy and Donald, were very professional and efficient. They did a great job relining our chimney and rerouting our lines! They called to let us know they are on their way and were 10 mins out, a small gesture some do not do. The truck was 10/10! As they pulled up my son was the first to comment how cool it was! Well done👏

Highly recommend Superior Comfort for you HVAC needs! I needed to have a new furnace and AC installed. They were reasonably priced for the job. From start to finish they were amazing! Donald and Ricky were my technicians. They did an amazing job and didn’t rush the process given it was a Friday to a holiday weekend. Kept me informed along the way and walked me through their work when they were finished. They educated me on the maintenance and answered all my questions politely. I can’t thank them enough I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Edit: We came home to furnace out last night. I called them around 6:00 pm and they came today at 8:00 am. Ken worked hard to get us a furnace and a/c unit today. He was polite and empathetic of my need for the heat today. He even got us a credit from the repairs last week. The installation crew Justin, Donald & Ricky showed up around noon. They were very respectful towards me and my home. They worked excellent together to get the furnace installed. They cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have known they were here. It’s difficult to find phenomenal customer service these days. I highly recommend Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling for your heating, cooling & water heater needs. Today was my dads birthday and he is still looking out for me! I am highly anxious and not fond of workers in my home. I must say every person from this company that has been in my home has been so respectful of me and my home. I wasn’t anxious at all, it’s like having family in my home! They will be back tomorrow to install the a/c and I know I will receive the same phenomenal customer service. I am not even anxious about them coming back.

Friendly, Fast Response Time, Efficient, Thorough, Recommend only what is needed. Suggestions on replacement however doesn’t push you into one. Highly Recommend!! Lauren was lovely to speak with on the phone. Zack & Makiya were very polite and respectful of my home. Even pet the fur babies.

Hands down the best on every level! Thanks for the quick service and replacement of our Hot water tank. Called at 9:30 am. Ken and Ethan were out by noon followed by Donald and Justin to install our new tank by 2:00.

Installed a tankless water system. They were on time, came well prepared. An excellent job… and most of all cleaned and were respectful of the property. Kudos to the office staff (Lauren) and the crew that handled the job including Tony. Definitely will use them again.

Ethan H and Justin M did a very efficient and excellent install with our entire install! It was an extremely long day for them with all they had to do and they did it without complaint. They were thorough with all questions, professional with the install, and respectful of time constraints that we had to be under. We so appreciate their exceptional work! We had an issue a few days later with a storm and Superior came back out to assist in a minor repair. Thank you!

Zack Smith. Did absolutely fantastic. Kind, Helpful, Understand, Super down to earth and Chill. While also teaching some of the basic stuff. 1000/10 earns all the praise he gets. Because of him whenever I have an issue like this again I know who I'm clawing and what company. THANK YOU ZACK.

Everything was great from the estimate to installation! Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and courteous! Jim did the initial estimate he was very informative and didn’t rush through he took his time and answered all questions professionally. Lauren was very helpful in setting up installation date, sending final estimate and bill promptly. Installation day went perfect. Tyler and Rudy arrived on time and worked efficiently! They were both very professional and took the time to review and explain to me how the warranty works. Tyler was very helpful answering any questions I had. They left the work area inside and out very clean and tidy! I highly recommend this company and would use them again for all my heating and cooling needs!
