After buying our new home we found out that it needed a new furnace and a/c unit. We were very happy with Superior Comfort's installation of both at our old house, so we had them do the new house as well. The team of Tyler and Ricky were great. They made sure everything was done properly and made sure to explain everything to me as necessary. I would definitely recommend them.

Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling have done repairs for us over the last few years and have always come out quickly usually same day. This time our furnace couldn't be repaired. They were out the next day putting in a new furnace and hooking it up temporarily until it could be fully installed so we didn't have to go without heat. The two guys that came out and did the installation of the new furnace and A/C were super knowledgeable and explained everything they did. They gave us clear pointers on how to keep up the maintenance. Donald and Ethan were great! I would highly recommend this company if you need a repair or are looking to install a new furnace or A/C.

I stopped in one day in Flat Rock, with a thermal coupling that went bad and Anthony was very very helpful but even though I put it together I had more problems, so I called the pros, and had them change everything, duct work, ac, and my furnace( it was only 39 yrs old) Justin and Donald were on time & were polite and (being a mechanic myself) I can tell they were very knowledgeable of all the work they were doing. Thanks a lot guys for getting me taken care of so fast.

Can’t express how happy I am with the installation of a new Heating and Cooling system by Superior Comfort, in my 90 yo house. After explaining the current issues we were having with uneven heating and cooling, Tony gave me an honest and thorough assessment of my existing system and spent considerable time with me during the initial appointment. He is knowledgeable and explained why he was suggesting what he was. Our existing system was a mess, with airflow and duct sizes not compatible with the home. Many other companies would not even give me estimates on duct work changes and seemed to not even want to do them. After doing some research, I came to the conclusion that if I had gone with just a simple install without the ductwork changes, the new furnace had a good chance of premature failure. Many manufacturers might question warranty service in these situations due to improper installation and matching of equipment to the engineered ductwork for the home.

The install by Tyler and his crew was top notch. They spent time and had pride resulting in work that is neat, with a clean look. The crew was very careful of the home and contents while working, and did a thorough cleanup after. The crew showed up when they said they would and promptly responded to any questions or requests I had while doing the install. Superior Comfort ended up being the highest quote I got but if I had gone with one of the alternative quotes for the job, I don’t think the end product would have come out this good. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Comfort.

We had two houses in need of HVAC work. My home in Rockwood and my in-laws in Wyandotte. Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling provided the most comprehensive quotes for both. Our sales representative, Tony, quoted both jobs, and his deep technical knowledge was readily apparent. Tony’s quote was comprehensive, and he noted improvements that I hadn’t considered. Ours was a fairly large job with a new furnace and AC to replace our 23-year-old units plus removal of our hot water tank and installation of a tankless hot water heater. All equipment is Rheem. We’ll leave a separate review for the Wyandotte location, and this review is related to Rockwood.

On installation day, Justin and Rudy arrived in a clean vehicle wearing sharp company attire. They were later joined by Ricky who was also looking sharp and ready to work. Justin led the crew over the two-day installation, and the attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding. They took care to cover the floors and cleaned up after themselves each day. During the installation, Tony dropped by to see how things were going, and we even had a visit from the owner, Scott. This type of follow-through is rare, and it gave me increased confidence that we had selected the right company for this project. All of the work performed is top notch, and the team maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Needless to say, we are very happy with the final product. Superior puts good people in front of the customer at all points in their process. From the initial contact with Tony to scheduling the job with Lynn all the way through our installation team of Justin, Rudy and Ricky, Superior really put an effort into getting the job quoted, scheduled and installed with a high degree of professionalism. Micah was on time,courteous, explained everything completely. Respectful to my house, flowers, and questions. Highly recommend Superior for any needs. They also did the complete install of new system a year ago. Full removal of ancient furnace and AC. Hauled everything away.

Our furnace went out, Greg was able to come out same day and immediately diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained the issue and the necessary repairs and was able to get the parts and do the repair all same-day. Highly proficient, friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

These men did a great job and were not disruptive at all to our home while doing a full installation of a furnace and AC units. I definitely would recommend this company, especially Don, Ricky and Miciah!
