My furnace went out & they responded within a couple hours. When it was determined I needed a new HVAC system, I wasn’t charged, & they came the next day to replace it. Justin Minnick, Ricky, & Rudy were very professional & helpful to explain all I needed to know. They cleaned everything up very nicely. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with service provided! When Tony came out for quote he noticed something missing from our chimney and added it to quote and explained why it was needed. Justin and Donald went above and beyond at install! Without being asked they used rags as a protective barrier between the ladder and gutters!

We replaced our old AC and furnace last year with Superior. We had comparison shopped and chose Superior for their reputation and the services and choices they offer, as well as comparable pricing. Tony came to our home to inspect what we had, to explain different options with pros/cons of all choices. Their team of Justin and Donald and another technician were prompt, professional, courteous, and left no mess behind. We were very surprised they could do the furnace and AC all in one day. It’s been almost a year and we are very happy we chose Superior.
