Rudy and Tyler were awesome, they got our new HVAC system installed and got rid of the old one in no time flat! I would highly recommend Superior Comfort for all your HVAC needs and definitely get their maintenance plan!!!!

Donald and Justin were very considerate of my home. They were in and out in no time at all! We had them install a whole house humidifier. Now I can pet my cat comfortably. Would definitely use them again when needed.

I had a very nice guy come out and do a system check up as it was a new home. This went great! He was very nice and explained everything in good detail. Even showed me how I could maintain the AC myself! I would definitely recommend this company for servicing existing units.

The problem for the low * comes after. I knew I am going to be needing a new system soon, as it's over 15 years old. So I also had someone come give a quote.

$15k-$25k for a 1300sqft home... are you kidding me? I get that some additional work would need to be done for my unit as some plumbing needs to be moved, but this seems far fetched. And that's just for unit replacement and no/little duct work done... I'm not sure if I just got caught on a bad day or there is something special that somehow makes my project way more expensive than I think it should.

I also got the feel that the guy didn't want the project. Nothing was discussed about the breakdown of the cost and it was just a frank quote with no options and he seemed kind of in a hurry. I was curious about different options, such as heat pumps/mini split systems, but I was so taken aback by the high quote that I was too shocked to ask about it.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say there must be some reason for this crazy quote. But only time (and maybe a response/reply) will help me understand!

Ricky, Justin, and Donald did a great job installing my new HVAC system. They were professional and courteous, and finished the job in one day when I was given a time frame of a day and a half. They did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the new set-up and walked me through the details. Fair market price for whole job. Would recommend!

I had been exploring upgrading and replacing my HVAC system since I moved into my current home, the existing one was from 1997. I called Superior because they're a local small business downriver. I had gotten estimates from other provider downriver as well. The minute Tony stepped into my house he started asking questions about the duct work to make sure any system he recommended would have the proper airflow to it. The estimate process was thorough and Tony was super helpful, answering every question I had.
They were quick to order the equipment and get me on the schedule once I made the decision to move ahead. The team of installers that worked on the job were very professional and courteous at all times. Everything they installed is very neat and clean. Justin, Rudy, and Donald did a great job here and I'm very happy with the entire process from start to finish.

Justin and Rudy arrived on time (to my Lincoln Park home), we’re professional, courteous and encouraged me to ask questions during the installation. Removal of the old unit and install of the new Rheel 95% high efficiency unit took approximately 6 hours, and the gentlemen left the space clean. I am a very happy customer.

Originally came out to troubleshoot ac not working. Showed me what was wrong and discussed my options. We agreed to install new furnace and ac unit. They scheduled the appointment arriving on time and removed the old unit and installed the new one. Everything looks very professional and I’m happy thus far with their services.
