The response to our ac repair was fast and immediate. When Donald and Ethan showed up, they were courteous and professional. They explained everything needed to be done very precisely. From the time we called to get an estimate to the time it was completed was all done with in a week! Thank you, superior comfort heating and air!!!

Our furnace had completely stopped blowing hot air over the weekend, and Superior had a technician to us within 2 hours. Our technician, Zach Smith, was an outstanding guy, very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Superior in the future. ❤️

Very professional. Very responsive. Quality product. Just had me in bad position without heat, was 50 degrees in house when I called for service. Called at 9 and they were out by 11 and had new furnace running by 3. I called around after install and found that people were getting complete systems, including ac, for the price I paid for just furnace. I will be shopping around to replace ac this summer and price will be deciding factor, but Superior will get chance to bid on it because of their responsiveness and professionalism. At this point it is a want not a need.

So pleased with this company, from the first service call when our ac went out to the end result of having it replaced. They gave us options and space to make our decisions without any pressure. We needed a new one quickly and they were able to replace it in less than a week. When they came to replace it Justin and Rudy were thorough, polite and very professional. Cleaned up their mess and went the extra mile to put our garden blocks back around the newer unit.
I would absolutely recommend them!

Zach Smith did excellent maintenance on our furnace, Air conditioning and replacing the humidifier. One of the most nicest techs ever. Would recommend Superior Commfort to all .

Our AC stopped working and Superior came out same day and diagnosed the problem. We had to replace the whole system and they were able to fit us in within 2 days. Ethan and Donald came out and did a very professional job. They were great at explaining how everything works and we appreciate the job they did!
