First Choice Heating & Cooling

We had 2 other companies give us quotes for replacing our AC and furnace in addition to 1st Choice. 1st Choice was the only company that offered different options for ac and heating units. They also ended up as the best value in price. Farid and his team were very meticulous and methodical with the installation of a new furnace, ac and hot water tank in our condo. Our utility room is very small and required some ducting modifications for the new furnace. Farid went about making a new duct from scratch that matched the existing ducting perfectly. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

I recently had my Air conditioner unit replaced by first choice. As always, they went above and beyond, and did a wonderful job! We are always extremely satisfied with how polite and courteous the technicians are, as well as the office staff doing the scheduling; they always give me a proper heads up any time that they're coming over or with any updates. Although they were busy, they fit us in, and we are more than satisfied. They also did an amazing job on my new furnace and hot water heater install, from this past December. I would absolutely recommend First Choice in Fenton. A+.

Bill and Ben did an outstanding job diagnosing my mini split system. They spend numerous hours working on the system and Ben stayed at my house until 8pm on a Friday to get it working because we needed heat. Very fair price. Very professional! First Choice has my annual heating-cooling maintenance agreement. Mike K from First Choice visited me for an hour or so to maintain my furnace and heating system today. Did a thorough job and reviewed the status of the system. Appreciate his outstanding effort and attitude.

Great service. First Choice can always be relied on to always work with our schedule. Ben is our regular technician and knows our systems. We appreciate that he returned for a second visit to make sure our older Tekmar Mixing Control was still working properly.
