First Choice Heating & Cooling

I have been with this fine company from their beginning, they have always been there for me through system failure and annual routine HVAC tune ups, they are responsive, polite and always on time and communicate very well.
They are have a great customer ethic.

Mike spent almost 3 hours tuning up my heating system. He was very informative about safety issues I have with my 25 year old furnace. Great Technician

I can honestly say that each of the individuals from First Choice Heating and Cooling we're polite, honest, and knowledgeable. Rob detected a problem with our faulty Mr Cool unit, Doug quoted a new appropriate replacement, and Cullen and Derek installed a new much better and more dependable unit. We are now back in our office with dependable ductless air and heat. We're more than pleased with the work they did and the personable professionalism they displayed. We will look to them for HVAC needs for our home in the future.

Hayden arrived on time, even with the Raging Snowstorm. Did the check of our furnace and answered my questions. He helped my Wife with the thermostat settings. Great job.

Mike serviced our AC unit as well as furnace. He was friendly, prompt and explained what he did to service our units. I highly recommend Mike and request Mike for all our HVAC needs

Our thermostat went out on one of the hottest days this summer, and with a baby and 4 dogs, that was a problem. They had a tech out the same day. Everything was working great...fast forward to turning our heat on for the first time, and there was a bit of a problem. They had another tech out to remedy the problem immediately! Hayden was so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly! He alone is the reason that First Choice will remain our company of choice for any HVAC needs, despite the initial hiccup. And it's worth mentioning that Mary (office dispatcher?) was equally as delightful as Hayden! Just a great bunch of people that were a pleasure to do business with.

Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced our gas fireplace (cleaned and tuned up). He was thorough and efficient. Will definitely have them come back for any other Heating and cooling needs.

Very nice service tech came in, explain how the fireplace works, showed me what was wrong, and fixed it all within an hour. I have not used my fireplace in 3 years because I was afraid. Thank you so much for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated!!!!!!
