Have been using First Choice since 2009.. Always appreciate the professionalism and promptness of every technician and staff member we have encountered. Rob was very timely, courteous and thorough on his visit. We appreciate the company and techs always being upfront and honest if anything is needed updated or replaced with honest pricing answers too. Thumbs Up!

This company is the best I had my furnace go out and they had a technician here the next day to fix it and did an amazing job I will definitely be only using this company for any future needs with my heating and cooling and will recommend them to anyone, great pricing, very friendly and professional service and most importantly got my heat fixed and my furnace back up and running all in the same day!

We've had First Choice out twice now; once for our gas fireplace and once for our furnace. Both times they were right on time, clear communication, and very friendly! Coincidentally, we got Rob both times and he has been a delight to work with. Super nice, super understanding, and clearly explains any issues or things we need to know about!

I will always try to schedule all HVAC issues with First Choice as they really are my first choice!

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to in this case because my experience with First Choice was exceptional. Right from the time that I contacted them to inquire about installing central air in my home, to meeting their representative at my home to review and quote the job, and to the team that handled the installation, my experience was superb. First, they were very responsive and I know they are very busy. Their representative who quoted the job took his time to evaluate my options, educated me and helped me arrive at the best (and not the most expensive) option. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks at my convenience. The team arrived right on time and could not have been nicer and more respectful and were very efficient. There were times we had to make a real time decision like for the location of the outside unit and they were helpful and creative in how we solved for some particular issues with my home. The job was done perfectly. This is clearly a company that cares about its reputation and is looking for long term customers. I am now one of them.

Ben Porter was professional and very responsive after business hours to get our AC back on line. Ben is a rock star, and First Choice has been a great service provider for +10 years. Thanks for all you do and service technicians.

Hayden came out at 8pm in the middle of a winter storm battling-15 degrees to restore heat to our home. He worked relentlessly to trouble shoot the issue and was very personable and professional. Highly recommend this heating co! I have a very old boiler system and he knew exactly how to fix it!

Randy called and set up a time to get my boiler looked at. She was very polite and understanding.
Nick was the technician that came out. He did a great job and his service was by far the best I've seen. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know in need of heating and cooling repair.

Highly recommend!!! First Choice installed a furnace for me in the past so when I noticed water coming from my hot water heater Monday afternoon, I immediately gave them a call. They had someone out to give me a quote at 4pm that same day and had a new tank installed for me just two days later. They are a fast and reliable company with great customer service.

Have been very pleased with First Choice Heating and Cooling since they became our warranty and service company back several years ago, as well as work to maintain a managed rental property's legacy heating system.

Haydn our tech for this visit, is a true asset to 1st Choice HVAC. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. A true ASSET to any service company are especially it's people that are customer facing and out in the field!
