First Choice Heating & Cooling

First Choice Heating & Cooling has done the done a bit of work at my place. From Installing a new tankless water heater to A/C. They are really good about fitting people in when things are a emergency. Like one summer when our A/C died on us.
There front desk people are really good about helping get a technician out quickly as possible

Hayden came out today to perform our annual furnace maintenance. This is the second time Hayden has been out to our house. He is very prompt, professional, and thorouogh at his work. He is great at explaining things and offering suggestions to improve the performance of our HVAC system.

Saw them advertised in my neighborhood with a yard sign. They were able to come out same day and have my furnace fixed by the next day. Cameron was very professional.

Technician came out quicker than expected. Was thorough in their diagnosis of the issue. Got everything fixed up and working properly right before sub zero temps hit. Our pipes would have froze if not for the speedily service.

We woke up to no heat. First Choice had a service technician at our house within 2 hours. The repair was completed within an hour. Ben was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. It's a pleasure doing business with companies like First Choice and with service technicians like Ben.

I have been using First Choice Heating and Cooling since moving to Fenton and they rock! From the friendly dispatch service to the technicians always profesional on time and superlative in their work. I highly recommend these folks.

So grateful we found 1st Choice Heating and Cooling. Nick came out within 24 hours and made the necessary repairs, and charged us what he had quoted, even though it required an extra part that he had to run to get. Very professional, explained what was happening, and took care of the problem. I will recommend him, for sure.

Extremely happy with the job done by First Choice and their installers. Hired them 6 months ago to do a tankless water heater install, and we just also had them replace our furnace and AC. Guys did an excellent job. We also appreciated that Bryan came out to talk with us about some of the things they needed to adjust to do the job right. Amazing job.
