First choice is an excellent choice for heating and cooling services. We needed emergency services on a national holiday. When I called the number, I was expecting a voicemail since it was a national holiday. Surprisingly, the phone was answered and we had a technician to our home in 2 hours time. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was worried that we might get charged too much and will be pressured to buy and fix expensive stuff. However, the technician diagnosed the issued quickly and gave temporary solution to get the heating going on.

Later on, the main part was ordered and furnace issue was fixed. I would highly recommend First choice to my friends and family. Small business but get service and quality!

My A/C quit working on the Sunday before labor day. I called Tuesday. I talked to Debbie. She was excellent in answering all my questions. She set me up with an appointment for Wednesday and said if any openings become available later in the day she would call me. Sure enough, she called me back later that afternoon and stated Ben had completed a job early and was able to come out and look at my A/C. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful. He discovered quickly that my capacitor needed replacing. My air was working again. Ben took time to ensure there were no other issues and checked out the temperature of the air coming out of the ducts as well. Very detailed job. Much appreciated. I highly recommend First Choice.

The First Choice crew continues to be outstanding. Ben came out to perform some plumbing work associated with my boiler lines. He was courteous, professional, and meticulous. Our boiler system had stopped working properly after we had our well pump replaced. They came out ahead of schedule. Worked and were very professional. We had used a company in Howell that was very unprofessional and this one was absolutely amazing! We will never go to another company! They just recieved a lifetime client today!

We had two different techs come work on our boiler. They found our problem fairly quick where as other company did no troubleshooting. Had a bad ICM. They ordered the part and got it quickly but the part was for a different model. Our tech then drove to Flint to get the correct part and we were not charged for the extra cost. I would highly recommend First Choice Heating and Cooling. They do a good job and they have wonderful customer support people.
