the service is great...the office staff is horrible...rude, love to come up with every excuse to why they should come look at a brand new system they installed...imagine that after all the fussing about how the system was running I finally get a service guy out that found the issue we were having all along and BAM just like that no more issues and it has been over a month since we have had it done and 4th year into having this new system in our home. but as you see below I did not know what I was talking about. I just wish they would of listened to me 2 years ago and saved me a little electric bill. But I am very happy now with my unit finally its fixed properly all over 1 little part that was not the correct one to start.

I had a technician by the name of Duane (not sure of the spelling) come out. It was very obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was very thorough, which led to him discovering a second issue that could have very easily been overlooked. He also took time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but he was that good.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace not reaching temperature (overheating of heat exchanger), and helped with a temporary fix. Eventually furnace will need replacement.

My overall experience with comfort first heating and cooling was less then exceptional. They showed up an hour and forty minutes passed the time they were supposed to be here. Never gave us a call to let us know what was going on. When they did show up they only ran a few test and said everything looked fine. But they could not run all the test Because of it being so cold. Don't know if that is true????? It was a least 60. Then still charged us full price even though they could not do all the test needed.

Very friendly and informative! Assessed the problem within 2 minutes (a wiring problem), fixed it, and then continued on with maintenance and other general checks to insure that everything was running as expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who has heating or cooling problems!
